At Spanish360, we firmly believe that there is no better way to learn a new language than by feeling completely comfortable and supported in your learning environment. Here, you will immerse yourself not only in the Spanish language, but also in a unique and unforgettable cultural experience.
Teachers must work together with students so they become more independent in their learning, guiding themselves, discovering how they acquire knowledge, and ultimately becoming the protagonists of their own learning process.
All the teachers at our academy aim for students to acquire the necessary skills to communicate in Spanish as social actors and intercultural speakers.
We teach through communication, exchanging experiences, thoughts, cultures, ways of being, and more.
OUR TEAM
Renato Padilla
Director
Renato Padilla Giacoman is the director of Spanish360 and considers himself a product of globalization.
As an eternal traveler, he has explored the world and mastered multiple languages, including Spanish, Guarani, Portuguese, English, German, Italian, Turkish, and Japanese.
Renato started the Spanish360 project with a clear goal: to spread the Spanish language and share his love for it with all students who join the academy.
He is always willing to listen and help students overcome the challenges they may face in Spain.
LANGUAGES: Guarani, Portuguese, English, German, Italian, Turkish, and Japanese.
Ernesto Monge
Teacher
Ernesto is a passionate Spanish as a foreign language teacher with experience teaching levels A1 to B2.
He graduated with honors in Theater with a concentration in Acting from Lewis & Clark College (USA) and holds a Master’s degree in Audiovisual Performance from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid.
In addition to teaching at Spanish360, he has worked as an ELE tutor for students of various nationalities.
His interest in phonetics and dialectology allows him to help his students perfect their pronunciation and comprehension of Spanish in a dynamic and participatory environment.
LANGUAGES: English (native, C2); French and Portuguese (intermediate, B1-B2).
Interests: Dialectology, acting, phonetics, global politics, and Latin American culture.
Carmela Cafagna
Teacher
Carmela is a specialized Spanish as a foreign language teacher with a strong academic and professional background.
She holds a degree in Translation and Interpretation from the Università degli Studi di Ferrara and a Master’s in Advanced Philological Studies from the University of Valladolid.
With experience teaching ELE in Italy and Spain, she has worked with students of different levels, applying dynamic and inductive methodologies.
Her knowledge of translation and proficiency in Italian, Spanish, English, and French allow her to provide enriching and tailored teaching experiences.
Throughout my academic and professional career, I have strengthened and improved my skills to help my students in their L2 (ES/IT) learning process. Keeping students’ desire and interest in learning a second language alive is essential for effective learning. Therefore, I consider myself a dedicated, empathetic, and persevering teacher.

Julian Villatoro Grauer
Teacher
Julián is a language teacher with a multidisciplinary background and a great passion for teaching.
Being Spanish-German and bilingual in Spanish and English, he graduated in English Studies from UNED and holds a diploma in film and TV production.
With experience teaching Spanish, English, and German, he has worked with students of all levels, combining a communicative approach with innovative resources such as music, storytelling, and film.
His interest in theoretical linguistics and language acquisition makes him a dynamic, creative, and highly effective teacher in the classroom.
I am interested in theoretical linguistics and its application to language acquisition. As a language teacher, I have designed my teaching approach to ensure effective language learning through the use of media such as film, music, storytelling, and digital tools and contexts.
LANGUAGES: Bilingual in English and German.
